Chedid Capital is looking for a Talent Management Officer to provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Management team, assisting in the execution of talent initiatives across performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and onboarding. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations within the department by maintaining data accuracy, coordinating processes, and supporting the delivery of key HR programs under the guidance of senior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination of succession planning activities, including scheduling talent review sessions, preparing 9-Box Grid templates, and maintaining Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for key roles.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating career pathing documentation, job leveling records, and organizational charts to reflect current structures.
  • Support the administration of the performance management cycle, including coordinating appraisal timelines, tracking completion rates, and following up with employees and managers on pending submissions.
  • Compile and organize performance and engagement data to support reporting and analysis by senior team members.
  • Assist in coordinating and logistically supporting training programs, workshops, and learning sessions, including scheduling, venue booking, communications, and attendance tracking.
  • Maintain and update the learning management system (LMS) with training records, completion data, and program content as directed.
  • Support the administration of employee engagement surveys and pulse checks, including distribution, reminders, data collection, and results consolidation.
  • Coordinate and execute onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing welcome materials, scheduling induction sessions, and following up on onboarding checklists.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date talent management records, trackers, and databases ensuring data integrity across all HR systems.
  • Prepare routine departmental reports, presentations, and communications as requested by the Talent Management Manager or senior HR team.
  • Support compliance activities by assisting in the documentation and filing of records related to performance, learning, and succession in line with regulatory and audit requirements.
  • Maintain and keep digital learning platforms up to date, ensuring content is current, user records are accurate, program assignments are completed on time, and any system issues are flagged and followed up promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in HR or a related administrative role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
