Chedid Re, a company under Chedid Capital, is looking for a Personal Assistant to provide full executive support to the head in terms of diary management, administration, travel arrangements, meeting preparations and working on specific projects, research and reports as required. The role also requires coordination with various internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings/appointments for assigned senior managers and coordinate with Office Manager to ensure drivers are available for said meetings.
- Greet visitors, screen incoming phone calls, and route them.
- Serve as a liaison between managers and staff, prioritizing and streamlining communications.
- Manage correspondence, track incoming and outgoing correspondence, and ensure replies are produced within the required timeframe.
- Organize business cards and contact details.
- Monitor and remind management of upcoming deadlines, commitments, and key events.
- Attend specific meetings and take notes, draft minutes and action recommendations as required (if needed)
- Organize business trips, including flights, hotels, car rental and other reservations.
- Manage the business invitations initiated by management by making the necessary reservations and following up on the details as needed.
- Coordinate restaurant and Hotel bookings and negotiate corporate rates and employee discounts with hotels and dining establishments and other establishments.
- Prepare cash expenses sheets, gather invoices/bills and cooperate with the accounting team to settle.
- Coordinate with the various business units within the group as needed.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Perform any other duties as requested.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or similar.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
