Chedid Capital is looking for an Operational Excellence Coordinator that will coordinate international accounts and manage local insurance policies across Africa while building valuable experience in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support operational excellence initiatives across the Technical Department.
- Contribute to process optimization to enhance efficiency, performance, and customer experience.
- Oversee and update technical manuals, management guides, and document control processes.
- Collaborate closely with African subsidiaries and the Group’s Central Departments to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Utilize project management methodologies to plan, implement, and monitor initiatives.
- Analyze data and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure proper use and adoption of tools to support technical and operational activities.
- Support knowledge transfer and training related to process and tool enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in business administration or similar. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years in operational excellence or process improvement projects; knowledge of claims management and/or production underwriting is an asset.
- General Insurance knowledge is a must.
- Fluency in French is required.
