Chedid Capital is looking for a Human Resources Officer to support in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, while supporting talent acquisition processes and ensuring efficient coordination of all recruitment-related activities.

Responsibilities
- Support in sourcing potential candidates through online tools, networking, and referrals.
- Assist in posting job vacancies on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate all recruitment-related meetings; interviews, probation meetings, Q&A sessions, assessments, exit interviews, etc.
- Conduct initial phone screenings when required.
- Maintain and update the daily candidate tracker and TA folders.
- Handle the internship needs of the Group, including recruitment, onboarding, and schedule coordination.
- Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and other employer branding activities.
- Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions.
- Support in collecting and verifying candidates’ required documents.
- Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate new hire orientation.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy in line with data protection requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and recruitment procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and staffing operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Fluency in English and Arabic. French is a plus.
