Chedid Capital is looking for a Digital Rollout Specialist to lead the deployment of the Group’s digital products across multiple geographies. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and reporting to project leadership. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in technology implementation projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead deployment activities of HealthTech/InsurTech solutions across multiple countries, including testing oversight, stakeholder training, and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain detailed rollout plans and timelines to monitor progress and ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, QA, transformation) to ensure activities meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Work closely with digital teams to define use cases and oversee comprehensive functional testing.
- Act as the main contact for subsidiaries, ensuring alignment and coordination across all parties involved.
- Support the creation and rollout of training materials and user documentation to facilitate successful adoption.
- Collaborate on initiatives that support user onboarding, adoption, and smooth transitions during implementation.
- Gather post-rollout feedback, escalate issues, and consolidate lessons learned to enhance future deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, with 5+ years in project management or business analysis, preferably in digital transformation or tech rollouts.
- Experience with ERP/CRM implementations and large-scale, cross-border programs; background in HealthTech, Insurtech, or related industries is a strong asset.
- Solid understanding of software development and web technologies; ability to assess solutions from strategic to operational levels.
- Willingness to travel extensively (~80%) and potentially relocate to Africa for rollout support.
- Proven ability to guide and influence cross-functional, cross-cultural teams, strong collaboration and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English and French (Arabic a plus), with excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
