The role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency through accurate policy management, proactive client servicing, timely claims handling, and effective coordination with insurance providers, contributing to service excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue insurance quotations based on client needs and company guidelines.
- Manage and follow up on insurance claims in coordination with clients and insurance providers.
- Handle policy additions, deletions, and endorsements in a timely manner.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and insurers to ensure smooth processing and resolution of inquiries.
- Oversee invoicing processes and ensure accurate premium collection and reconciliation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent in a similar field
- 0 -2 years of experience in the same field or a similar field
