Corporate Risk Management Institute (CRMI) is looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving growth through the development of new programs, strategic partnerships, and revenue opportunities with major universities, educational institutions, and corporate clients. The role focuses on expanding market presence, strengthening institutional relationships, and supporting the commercialization of educational programs and digital platforms across approved regions.

Responsibilities

  • Implement business development strategies, policies, and procedures to support organizational growth.
  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with universities, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
  • Continuously update and manage databases to support lead generation, partnerships, and candidate attraction.
  • Drive sales of programs, training courses, and certifications to various industries and sectors for CRMI and A2GR across all approved countries.
  • Responsible for overseeing the readiness, performance, and ongoing optimization of CRMI and A2GR digital platforms (LMS such as Moodle), websites, and social media assets in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Manage enrollment processes and smooth candidate onboarding.
  • Coordinate with the marcomms team to develop and execute communication and promotional strategies for CRMI & A2GR offerings.
  • Monitor market trends and developments in education, governance, compliance, and risk management, and propose new business initiatives accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal divisions and group entities to align business development initiatives.
  • Assist the CRMI Director in building, managing, and expanding partnerships with universities and institutes such as IRM, ESA, and others.
  • Support the CRMI Director in achieving strategic and financial business objectives.
  • Assist the CRMI Director the planning and execution of annual CRMI & A2GR events and awards ceremonies.
  • Assist in the development of annual and quarterly business plans, forecasts, and performance reports.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, Marketing or related major
  • 3 to 5 years in sales or business development
  • Fluency in Arabic, English and French is required
  • Willingness to travel to the GCC and Africa
  • Business development strategy and execution
  • Sales pipeline management and revenue generation
  • Program development and commercialization
  • Financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS) – Moodle and similar platforms is a plus
