Chedid Capital is looking for an Administrative Officer who will support the team in managing daily office operations and administrative functions. The role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can efficiently handle multiple tasks to ensure smooth workflow and effective coordination across departments.

Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and communication in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate operational needs.
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and coordinate repairs when required.
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees by preparing workstations, access, and related documentation.
- Support the Office Manager in organizing and streamlining administrative processes.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1 year experience in an administrative support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
