The group’s technology team is looking for an Infrastructure Specialist to help better utilize resources and improve efficiency and use the latest cloud technologies to implement needed setups for serverless cloud apps and other projects. Use SIEM and other security solutions to monitor group security. You will join an agile, dynamic, and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the group’s vision and strategy.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the Group Information Security, Cybersecurity, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity strategies aligned with the overall Group strategic direction and short-term strategic initiatives.
- Develop playbooks, monitor SIEM security events, and act as per policies and procedures.in the field of IT and technology for testing and recommendation purposes.
- Handle new setups and implementation of cloud resources and connecting them to existing services as necessary.
- Maintain the availability of cloud resources and monitor utilization.
- Handle office 365, end point manager, exchange, and Azure AD admin portals to carry on some support tasks and modify policies as needed.
- Modify VEEAM backup plans and monitor overall backup health.
- Maintain VPN connectivity between sites-cloud and HQ and manage related firewalls and network equipment.
- Help migrate resources to the cloud.
- Provide enterprise training and awareness sessions on Information Security and Business Continuity Management
- Support colleagues in carrying out other infrastructure projects.
- Provide L2 support to complex tickets arising from user support portal.
- Carry on routine jobs like monitoring and modifying backups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Professional Azure and Cybersecurity certifications are plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
