The Digital Transformation team is looking for a UX / UI Designer to execute user-friendly and innovative solutions for the product designs. The work aims to enhance products’ efficiency and increase customer satisfaction. You will join an agile, dynamic, and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the group’s vision and strategy.

Responsibilities
- Provide design services for digital products, user research, ideation/ design thinking, storyboards, wireframes & prototypes, UX/ UI design, and user testing.
- Collaborate with product managers and other team members to continuously enhance UX-UI
- Understand user requirements from product managers and other team members.
- Keep abreast of the industry’s trends and best practices.
- Provide ongoing maintenance of designs, creations and works, provide technical advice, maintenance (minor updates or changes), remedying defects of the designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in Figma and / or Adobe XD is a must.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
