Chedid Capital is looking for a motivated Intern to work as a Data Analyst in our Business Applications Department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building a platform for integrating, analyzing, and deriving insights from vast data sets.
• Assist in designing and maintaining databases and data warehouses, ensuring the data is clean and well-organized.
• Assist in designing and building integrated graphical Dashboards based on defined KPIs.
• Use tools to analyze data.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or similar. 
• Perform database management and optimize and manage data storage solutions effectively. 
• Knowledge of database design, performance tuning, and query optimization is a plus.
• Data Integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load): Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources into a centralized data warehouse.
• General knowledge in automation and scheduling concepts.
• Basic understanding of statistics and familiarity with fundamental machine learning algorithms is a plus.
• Proficiency in working with SQL databases and ability to optimize and manage data storage solutions effectively. 
• Basic knowledge in Azure and SharePoint is a plus.
• The role places a strong emphasis on meticulous documentation as an integral component, requiring the candidate to excel in crafting comprehensive and precise documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. French is a plus.
