Chedid Capital is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, to own and optimize our full-funnel digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of performance marketing, from SEO, paid media, and lead generation, to funnel optimization, analytics, and conversion tracking.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and other relevant platforms.
- Define clear KPIs and ensure efficient Cost per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Cost per Acquisition (CPA).
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize landing pages, and monitor search engine rankings.
- Design and manage lead generation campaigns across channels.
- Optimize user journeys, landing pages, and forms to boost conversion rates.
- Own tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Produce regular performance reports and recommend actionable insights.
- Set up, manage, and maintain tools like Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, and CRM.
- Oversee UTM tagging, audience segmentation, and remarketing list management.
- Work closely with the commercial, product, and tech teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Support content and creative teams with data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in digital media / E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or Communications.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in digital/performance marketing (preferably with digital/retail products or in fintech/insurtech).
- Proven track record managing monthly paid ad budgets.
- Strong command of SEO, SEM, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and tracking systems.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Experience in insurance, fintech, or aggregators is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRO (conversion rate optimization) tools like VWO or Optimizely.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or hubspot is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic and French.
