Responsibilities

• • Check the entries made by accountants and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and principles for reporting purposes
  • Control payroll exported from Mena and EOS
  • Control visa cards and non-technical bank reconciliation balances at end of month
  • Control provisions and prepayment/accrual tables at end of month
  • Book Investments after receiving the related table from Financial Accounts Manager
  • Handle employee accounts (e.g. bordereaux, loans, family Insurance, deductions etc.)

  according to policies for processing purposes

  • Control intercompany balances technical and non-technical at end of month
  • Control suppliers’ balances at end of month
  • Receive data from production or Pivot for technical bank clarification, clarification, entries related, direct, VAT, Dolphin RVs PVs, and closing the banks to ensure exact match
  • Assist in creating accounting dimensions to obtain more details on appointed accounts (e.g. cost allocation, etc.)
  • Ensure reporting in accordance with standard forms
  • Post entries from General to be dispatched to General Ledger depending on authorization matrix
  • Control Cash flow prepared by accountants
  • Control VAT accounts in Dubai at end of the month
  • Prepare closing files at year end
  • Keep abreast the changes and developments in financial and regulatory and laws, decrees, regulations andinstructions which have an impact on financial activities
