Chedid Capital is looking for a Program Manager, the role focuses on both developing new programs with major educational institutions as well as building and maintaining relationships with main universities and institutions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement related policies and procedures.
  • Continuous update of the database to attract the candidates
  • Corporate Risk Management Institute (CRMI) and L’Académie de la Gouvernance et la Gestion des Risques (A2GR): 

 

    • Manage the daily operations of the CRMI and A2GR including the business development across all countries the board of CCH agrees on.
    • Coordinate with Universities and institutes such as IRM, ESA, among others.
    • Assist CRMI Executive Director in achieving the business plan.
    • Coordinate with new strategic partners.
    • Ensure that the CRMI and A2GR platforms (LMS such as Moodle and others) and digital assets (Website and social media) are up to date and managed on daily basis.
    • Ensure that students are well registered, and the process is working smoothly.
    • Work on the organization of CRMI & A2GR events and awards ceremony.
    • Liaise with the marketing team the communication and marketing of CRMI & A2GR.

  • Quarterly review of the performance and ensure improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in the educational field and provide recommendation and implementation process Perform any other duties as requested.
  • Participate in developing yearly, quarterly, reports and plans.
  • Coordinate with different divisions/departments and entities across the Group.
  • Sell programs and training courses to different industries/ sectors in the region and Africa.
  • Sell the CRMI LMS (Learning Management System/Moodle).
  • Develop and enhance programs with educational partners or consultants to expand CRMI & A2GR offerings.
  • Work on consultancy projects related to governance, compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Education Management, Marketing or related major.
  • 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English, French and Arabic is a must
