Chedid Capital is looking for a Legal Counsel to support our legal team across multiple jurisdictions. The Legal Counsel will play a key role in ensuring governance standards, mitigating legal risks, and supporting strategic initiatives across the Group.

Responsibilities

• Support the legal team in corporate governance tasks, including drafting resolutions, board and shareholder minutes, and maintaining statutory records.
• Assist with employment and Human Resources related matters across jurisdictions, including contracts and advising on applicable labor laws.
• Contribute to Mergers & Acquisitions and strategic transactions through due diligence, drafting, negotiating, and post-closing integration.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and service agreements.
• Help coordinate the incorporation and licensing of regulated companies in various territories.
• Conduct legal research, identify legal risks, and provide practical legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with departments such as human resources, finance, operations, and marketing, and liaise with external counsel.
• Experience drafting/reviewing licensing agreements and documentation related to technology, IP, and digital platforms.
• Familiarity with insurance-related contracts and brokerage structures.
