The role focuses on driving business growth through strategic lead conversion, client-centric insurance solutions, market insight, and seamless collaboration to ensure exceptional service and sustained performance.

Responsibilities

• Introduce new leads to the company and convert them into prospects and clients
• Analyze the needs of prospects and clients
• Design tailored insurance programs
• Negotiate and close deals
• Cross-sell additional or new lines of business to existing prospects and clients
• Manage a personal pipeline of leads and prospects
• Provide regular (monthly) reports on pipeline development
• Develop a strong understanding of the domestic insurance market, including product scopes, pricing, and insurer responsiveness
• Create schemes or industry-specific products for exclusive company use
• Stay informed on global insurance industry developments and assess their relevance to the local market
• Understand key industries in which clients operate and how global trends may impact them
• Support the Operations Division in delivering superior client service
• Achieve annual business targets
• Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date customer database
• Submit daily quotation requests
• Ensure timely collection of payments for completed business
