Chedid Capital is looking for an Assistant Manager – Credit Control. The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to, debt management, receivables, collections, report generation, data audit.

Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing the monthly receivables reports from various entities (verification and control).
- Ensure ongoing follow-up with our medium to large entities for the timely collection of our receivables.
- Track and closely monitor delayed or problematic collections.
- Analyze & monitor the accounts to ensure timely allocation/matching and highlight inaccurate booking(s) for adjustment.
- Assist in optimizing and developing existing reports and procedures.
- Work on intercompany reconciliations and occasionally external reconciliations (with our clients/companies).
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in a similar field/role.
- Knowledge of General Accounting principles (advanced knowledge is a plus).
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a major plus.
- Proficiency in French and English is a must.
- Willingness to occasionally travel to Africa on short-term missions, depending on business needs
