The Company plays a role in the forefront of the industry, being part of one of the top 20 Reinsurance Brokers in the world.<\/p>\n<p>Chedid Capital is looking for a Business Development Manager \u2013 Property and Casualty, who will be responsible for defining and implementing the business development strategy to identify new market opportunities, develop new business channels, and support the company\u2019s growth.<\/p>\n<p>Joining our 1700 dynamic team member, spread among 64 subsidiaries worldwide, offers you endless growing opportunities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop new growth channels.<\/li>\n<li>Lead high-value commercial proposals, responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and contractual negotiations with prospective clients.<\/li>\n<li>Prospect and acquire new corporate clients through targeted networking initiatives, while managing and strengthening relationships with existing clients and insurance partners.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure efficient and tailored handling of client needs.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise, support, and develop the business development team to ensure achievement of KPIs and growth targets.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators as well as the progress of the sales pipeline.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present commercial performance reports to senior management and executive-level stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree, preferably a Master\u2019s degree.<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance, or brokerage, ideally with exposure to the African market.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in French, English, and Arabic is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 About the job A financial holding company, Chedid Capital is a leading investment group in the insurance and reinsurance fields.
